The main responsibilities include: * Lead and manage the team; * Ensure efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, operating systems, data storage, Microsoft 365 environment, and other technological components; * Serve as the point of contact between the IT team and external service providers, monitor contract execution, and ensure service quality. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the IT infrastructure and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes and increase overall operational efficiency. * Create and manage IT documentation such as: Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Continuity Plans, Asset Inventories, Security Policies, and others deemed necessary. * Ensure compliance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), implementing appropriate security measures, defining policies and procedures, managing consent and security incidents related to the law. * Manage IT projects, coordinating teams, defining goals, deadlines, and required resources, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and established quality standards. Requirements: * Experience in IT infrastructure management. * Knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, Microsoft 365 environment, and data storage. * Ability to manage and resolve technical issues. * Relevant IT certifications. * Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards related to IT processes, governance, and security, especially ITIL/COBIT; * Knowledge of LGPD.
