Your day-to-day responsibilities: You will analyze case assignments under your responsibility available in the system (Total), determine the optimal approach, and ensure high-quality service delivery and timely deadline compliance. You will request investigations from the responsible department, always assessing their necessity, monitoring timely delivery (within 48 hours), and ensuring fulfillment per requirements to guarantee necessary resources for handling cases. You will assist the department by providing support for diverse legal matters, as needed. Mandatory prerequisites: Active OAB registration; Ability to manage simultaneous deadlines in a dynamic environment; Availability to work onsite in Belo Horizonte/MG three times per week.
