Responsibilities Serve as the HR focal point for regional managers Support people management and HR routine requests Identify needs for replacements and new positions Support recruitment and selection together with the HR assistant Maintain direct interface with HR Management Ensure alignment with processes and standards of the São Paulo team Requirements Experience in generalist HR or as a Business Partner Experience in recruitment and selection Experience supporting leadership teams Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented profile Location Belo Horizonte | On-site Desired Profile A mature, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve requests efficiently.
