Job Summary: A professional responsible for safeguarding the entity's assets, monitoring people's movement, reporting risks, and ensuring the safety of the premises and employees. Key Highlights: 1. Safeguard the entity's assets and personnel safety. 2. Monitor people's entry and exit to prevent accidents. 3. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Safeguard the entity's assets by closely observing the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other unusual situations outside routine operations, thereby ensuring site security. **Education**: Completed high school; door supervision or security training preferred **Experience**: 6 months of relevant experience **Knowledge**: Handling cleaning supplies ü Safeguard the entity's assets by closely observing the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other unusual situations outside routine operations, thereby ensuring site security; ü Monitor people's entry and exit at the entity to prevent accidents or situations that may jeopardize their physical integrity; ü Record and report any risk or incident involving assets or employee safety to leadership; ü Provide reception services when required; ü Perform tasks according to leadership's instructions and service priorities, adhering to the entity's standards and procedures with quality and safety; ü Maintain equipment, instruments, assets, and consumable materials assigned to them, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replenishment from respective departments as needed; ü Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of waste generated during activities in appropriate containers and designated areas, preserving occupational health and environmental aspects; ü Support leadership on matters related to their area of responsibility, identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions; ü Comply with occupational safety regulations, using personal and collective protective equipment; ü Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to their area of responsibility; ü Perform other related duties as requested.
