We are looking for a hands-on, autonomous, organized individual with strong execution capabilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and strengthen branding and brand positioning; * Manage the company's social media, ensuring consistency in tone and visual identity; * Plan, execute, and support internal and external events; * Produce content and materials using Canva, Gamma, and other creation tools; * Act practically and proactively throughout all stages of marketing projects; * Interface with partner agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery quality; * Research, negotiate, and manage suppliers (printers, promotional items, production, etc.); * Monitor results, generate insights, and propose continuous improvements; **Requirements:** * Independent, organized, proactive profile with strong execution ability; * Previous experience in service companies; * Comfortable working without direct leadership or team support; * Skilled in content production and social media management; * Good communication skills, strategic vision, and attention to detail.
