




We are looking for a Generalist HR Supervisor to work strategically and operationally across all HR areas. This professional will be responsible for leading processes and ensuring the efficiency of personnel routines, as well as promoting a healthy, collaborative work environment aligned with the company's culture. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute recruitment and selection, onboarding, and offboarding activities; * Monitor and ensure the execution of payroll, benefits, vacation, and labor obligations; * Support performance management, job and salary structures, and internal training programs; * Lead organizational climate, engagement, and internal communication initiatives; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; * Guide managers and teams on talent development and good management practices; * Develop and monitor HR metrics and management reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in generalist HR roles and/or team leadership; * Strong knowledge of labor procedures and payroll; * Experience in R&S, T&D, organizational climate, and internal communication. **Additional information:** * Salary: negotiable * Meal allowance of BRL 24.00/day (Ifood Benefits card); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (Ifood Benefits card); * Gympass; * Unimed health plan (with co-payment); * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (100% in-person); * Location: Cidade Jardim, Belo Horizonte.
