Job Summary: Generalist Human Resources Analyst to act as a leadership consultant, support people management, monitor HR metrics, and promote culture and engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Promote organizational culture, climate, and engagement **GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST POSITION** **Location:** Cinquentenário, Belo Horizonte \- MG **Responsibilities:** * Act as a leadership consultant, understanding departmental needs and supporting people-related decisions; * Monitor the people management cycle: goals, feedback, performance evaluation, IDP (Individual Development Plan), and succession planning; * Support leaders in team management, including guidance on behavior, performance, conflicts, and climate; * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement) and propose improvement actions; * Support recruitment and selection processes, taking responsibility for managing open positions; * Promote culture, climate, and engagement by leading initiatives and monitoring action plans; * Analyze organizational structure and internal movements, ensuring compliance with policies and budget; * Participate in HR projects (culture, diversity, leadership, organizational transformation); * Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor legislation, collaborating with internal departments such as Payroll and Legal. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in Generalist Human Resources; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. **Salary:** R$ 4\.000,00 **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance (R$ 23.00\), transportation voucher, fuel assistance, medical assistance (Unimed), dental assistance (Bradesco Seguros), life insurance, Total Pass, pharmacy assistance.
