Support in salary and benefits administration We are seeking an active professional to work in the People and Management area, participating in recruitment and selection processes, training and development routines, HR administration, assisting in salary administration, payroll, benefits and employee contracts, as well as corporate communication of initiatives related to this department. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection processes; * Employee hiring and termination processes; * Training and development evaluations; * Support in corporate communication related to departmental initiatives; * Salary and benefits administration; * Providing assistance to the HR management team and other professionals in the area, as needed; * Supporting internal communication campaigns for employees; **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Skills:** * Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills; * Strong organizational ability and adherence to deadlines; * Negotiation and information-gathering skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines. **Availability for on-site work, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday** **Work Location: Universitário Neighborhood - Belo Horizonte** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,000.00 - R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have prior experience in Generalist HR routines?
