We prioritize engaged employees with a strong sense of belonging; therefore, we implement HR programs and projects that contribute to both superior corporate results and employee satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Procure raw materials, mechanical and electrical components, tools, and equipment, ensuring production requirements are met within established deadlines. * **Negotiation:** Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and quality. * **Inventory Planning:** Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure material availability without excess, preventing stockouts and unnecessary costs. * **Supplier Development:** Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement of the supply chain. * **Market Analysis:** Conduct market analyses to identify pricing trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for cost reduction. * **Contract Management:** Draft and manage supply contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track supplier performance to guarantee quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to technical specifications. * **Production Support:** Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure procurement meets the specific demands of each project. * **Reporting and KPIs:** Prepare periodic procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance evaluations using KPIs to assess outcomes and implement improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in mechanical and electrical industries. * Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, contracting, and inventory management. * Proficiency in market analysis and cost control. * Ability to work with performance indicators (KPIs) and management tools. * Intermediate/advanced English for international negotiations. * Proactivity, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in related areas. * ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge. * Experience with mechanical and electrical component suppliers. **Our Benefits:** ü Transportation Allowance or Mobility Card: BRL 450.00 or BRL 250.00 (depending on distance in km) ü Meal Voucher (BRL 20.00/day). ü Unimed / Hapvida Health Insurance. ü Unimed / Hapvida Dental Insurance (fully covered by the company). ü Gympass / Wellhub. ü Breakfast. ü Afternoon Snack. ü Special Friday Afternoon Snack. ü Life Insurance. ü Engagement and Belonging Programs with rewards and day-off benefits. **Working Hours:** ü Monday to Thursday (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) ü Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
