Job Summary: This role involves managing purchases, negotiating with national and international suppliers, controlling stock levels, developing suppliers, and analyzing market trends for a Brazilian industrial company. We prioritize engaged employees with a strong sense of belonging; to this end, we have implemented HR programs and initiatives that contribute to both superior corporate performance and employee satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Procure raw materials, mechanical and electrical components, tools, and equipment, ensuring production requirements are met within established timelines. * **Negotiation:** Negotiate with national and international suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and quality. * **Inventory Planning:** Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure material availability without excess, preventing stockouts and unnecessary costs. * **Supplier Development:** Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement of the supply chain. * **Market Analysis:** Conduct market analyses to identify price trends, emerging technologies, and cost-reduction opportunities. * **Contract Management:** Draft and manage supply contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track supplier performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with technical specifications. * **Production Support:** Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure procurement meets the specific requirements of each project. * **Reporting and KPIs:** Prepare periodic procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance evaluations using KPIs to assess results and implement improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within mechanical and electrical industries. * Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, contract management, and inventory control. * Proficiency in market analysis and cost control. * Ability to work with performance indicators (KPIs) and management tools. * Intermediate/advanced English for international negotiations. * Proactivity, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields. * ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge. * Experience with mechanical and electrical component suppliers. **Our Benefits:** ü Transportation Allowance or Mobility Card: R$ 450.00 or R$ 250.00 (depending on distance in km) ü Meal Allowance (R$ 20.00/day). ü Unimed / Hapvida Health Insurance. ü Unimed / Hapvida Dental Insurance (fully covered by the company). ü Gympass / Wellhub. ü Breakfast. ü Afternoon Snack. ü Special Friday Afternoon Snack. ü Life Insurance. ü Engagement and Belonging Programs with rewards and day-off benefits. **Working Hours:** ü Monday to Thursday (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) ü Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
