Come be a Squader! **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Organizational Design and Flow: Implement and evolve work models (agile or hybrid), with full focus on value delivery, using approaches such as Kanban, Scrum, and Flight Levels. Data-Driven Management: Monitor and deeply analyze flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, CFD) to increase predictability and identify bottlenecks. AI-Driven Innovation: Use Artificial Intelligence tools daily for analysis automation, insight generation in retrospectives, documentation optimization, and support for agile decision-making. Mentoring and Influence: Act as an agent of change, facilitating communication among teams, leadership, and stakeholders, influencing without formal authority to remove organizational impediments. Strategy and Portfolio: Support alignment between strategy (OKRs/LPM) and operations, ensuring systemic alignment and efficiency. **Requirements** ---------------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid Experience: Proven track record as an Agile Coach or Senior Agilist within product/technology teams or organizational transformation areas. Framework Proficiency: Advanced practical knowledge of Kanban, KMM (Kanban Maturity Model), Scrum, and SAFe. Flow Metrics: Hands-on experience interpreting and acting upon metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, flow efficiency, etc.). Tools: Proficiency in management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Trello, Miro, and Power BI. Organizational Management: Knowledge of Flight Levels, Business Agility, or Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). Languages: Technical English is important for continuous reading and learning. **For the Perfect Match** ------------------------- * Advanced Data Usage: Experience building dashboards of metrics to support executive decision-making and process automation. Scalability & Strategy: Practical experience with OKRs, Scrum@Scale, Lean Portfolio Management, and connecting strategy to execution. Consulting & Transformation: History of working in consulting firms or companies undergoing major digital/cultural transformations. Certifications (Desirable): Kanban: KMP I and II, KCP. Coaching: ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT.
