




**Administrative Assistant – Human Resources** We are looking for a **professional with experience in Recruitment and Selection and generalist HR activities**, to strengthen our organizational culture and support the formation of high-performance teams. If you are organized, communicative, and committed to human development, this is the ideal opportunity! **Main Responsibilities:** **Personnel Administration** * Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee documentation. * Assist in time tracking, benefits administration, and payroll processing in coordination with the Personnel Department. * Provide phone support and assist with administrative routines within the department. * Manage procurement, organization, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. * Support the application of assessments and group dynamics. * Participate in the onboarding process for new employees. **Training and Development** * Organize internal and external training sessions. * Identify training needs in collaboration with team leaders. * Monitor performance and support professional development programs. **Organizational Climate and Engagement** * Participate in climate surveys and employee engagement initiatives. * Support internal marketing and communication efforts. * Contribute to employee recognition and appreciation programs. **Communication and Organizational Culture** * Facilitate communication between departments, especially with production teams. * Operate in compliance with internal policies and compliance practices. * Promote an ethical, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (preferably pursuing technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and active listening. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate ethical and consultative behavior. * Previous experience in administrative or HR routines is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing PPE and employee onboarding. * Experience in industrial or production environments. * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Gupy, Kenoby). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience with HR management systems and productivity tools.
