




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out separation, control, and delivery of materials to students, as well as sending/receiving materials to/from registered laboratories of the IES, following established procedures; * Provide timely, ethical, attentive, and careful phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person support to internal/external customers of the IES regarding their general needs; * Periodically conduct inventory checks and request supplier quotations to ensure all necessary supplies are available according to institutional processes; * Maintain physical documentation files in order and up to date, requesting missing documents and ensuring proper completion, safeguarding accurate information in compliance with various legal and organizational process requirements; * Supply key reports to support operational and control information needs of the department; * Provide general support to the finance, clinics, and reception departments on required demands or specific tasks/actions requested by direct management. * Provide general assistance on legislative and legal matters requiring document sorting, filing, and related activities, as well as gathering information for audits. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum Education Level: Completed High School * Desired Education Level: Technical School or Higher Education (in progress) * Desired Field of Study: Administration * Six months of experience, preferably in a clinical services company; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Empathy, attentiveness, flexibility, organization, and ability to efficiently manage conflicts; * Skills in reading, writing, interpersonal relationships, and humanized communication. **Availability to work from** ***Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM*** **and Saturdays on a rotating schedule with compensatory time off when necessary** Employment type: Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 1,600.00 - BRL 2,218.26 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
