Coordination and development of a high-performance SESMT team **Your Responsibilities:** * Strategically lead Occupational Health and Safety areas, ensuring safe and legally compliant environments. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards, acting preventively and instructively across units. * Manage control, renewal, and validity of AVCBs, guaranteeing legal compliance for all operations. * Develop, implement, and monitor Traffic Safety programs and campaigns, focusing on risk and accident reduction. * Manage uniforms, including supplier coordination, contract control, and assurance of quality and standardization. * Monitor health and safety indicators, analyzing data and proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Coordinate and develop the SESMT team, promoting engagement, practice standardization, and high performance. * Collaborate closely with executive leadership and operational managers to support strategic decisions and deploy guidelines to field operations. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Occupational Health. * Solid experience in Occupational Health and Safety management (both domains). * Knowledge of labor legislation, regulatory standards, and AVCB management. * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium/large companies with geographically dispersed operations. * Experience with audits and certifications.
