Directly impact customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: * Manage teams of third-party employees, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with established guidelines and standards. * Supervise SHIFT SCHEDULING, ensuring employee punctuality and attendance. * Ensure all employees correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during their tasks. * Maintain appropriate control over materials used by employees, preventing waste or misallocation. Requirements: * Proven experience supervising third-party services, preferably in labor outsourcing companies. This is a plus. * Valid driver's license category B / EAR * FULL availability for travel * Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating, guiding, and developing teams. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
