Main Responsibilities * Assist in preparing the workstation: organize materials, cut fabrics, sort notions. \* * Prepare and adjust sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, and others), replace needles, and adjust thread tensions. \* * Operate machines for garment assembly on the production line according to technical standards. * Control quality: identify defects, adjust stitches, inspect finishing, and perform necessary repairs. \* * Perform basic cleaning and maintenance (Level 1) of machines and the workstation. * Package, label, and organize finished garments according to specifications. * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental standards. * Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining effective communication and cooperation for smooth production. Requirements * Completed elementary education (preferred). * Qualification course (cutting and sewing; machine maintenance) of up to 200 hours is desirable. * Familiarity with operating industrial machines, adjustments, or production lines. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Organized, proactive, and responsible. * Availability for a CLT work schedule of up to 44 hours per week, with possible overtime.
