If you possess a critical eye for fit, master complex garment assembly techniques, and enjoy collaborating with the Styling and Pattern-Making teams, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** Prototype Construction: Transform patterns and technical specifications into pilot garments, ensuring full fidelity to the original design, perfect fit, and refined finish. Feasibility Assessment: Test the garment’s operational sequence, proactively identifying unfeasible sewing techniques or finishing methods and proposing alternative solutions for production. Technical Collaboration: Work synergistically with pattern makers, cutters, and the styling team, supporting garment fittings, adjustments, and necessary corrections. Process Documentation: Ensure all pilot garment assembly information and procedures are accurately recorded to support production. Technical Stewardship: Maintain proper care and usage of advanced sewing machines and equipment. Essential Requirements Education: Completed High School. Experience: Minimum of 6 months in this role (2–4 years’ experience with pilot garments or samples preferred). Technical Knowledge: Mastery of advanced sewing techniques, ability to interpret technical specifications and patterns, and in-depth knowledge of luxury finishing methods. Profile: Extremely detail-oriented, highly meticulous, and capable of solving technical problems.
