This professional will support production activities, ensuring and directly contributing to production quality. **Main responsibilities:** * Cut loose threads and remove residues from garments after sewing; * Ensure garments are clean and ready for the next stage; * Use irons and/or pressing machines according to fabric type; * Inspect finished garments, identifying possible defects; * Check seams, finishes, buttons, zippers, and other details; * Sort and record garments requiring rework; * Ensure only flawless garments proceed to packaging or shipping. **Requirements:** * Be meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented; * Be committed to deadlines and quality; * Be willing to learn and follow instructions. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in garment factory production environments, uniforms, or similar sectors.
