\*About the Company:\* Conexão is a specialty store focused on selling used cars, known for its excellence in customer service and commitment to vehicle quality. \*Job Description:\* Responsible for supporting the sales team in prospecting and customer service, as well as contributing to the creation and execution of marketing and content strategies. This professional will operate across two main areas: assisting sales representatives throughout the sales process—including lead tracking and distribution—and handling marketing tasks, ensuring both areas complement each other to achieve company goals. \*Responsibilities:\* Sales Area: \- Assist in customer prospecting and in-store customer service. \- Provide detailed information about available used vehicles. \- Track leads and support closing sales. \- Maintain vehicle inventory control and ensure timely updates of related information. \- Conduct post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction. \- Post listings on major sales platforms. Marketing and Content Development Area: \- Create and edit visual and written content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, marketing emails, and promotional materials. \- Develop and edit vehicle presentation videos, customer testimonials, and other audiovisual content. \- Design graphics for advertisements, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials. \- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. \- Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements. \*Requirements:\* \- Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). \- Experience in graphic design, video production, and content editing. \- Proficiency with graphic design tools. \- Ability to create attractive and effective visual content. \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. \- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. \- Familiarity with content management and data analytics tools is preferred. \*Benefits:\* \- Fixed salary and performance bonuses. \- Transportation allowance. \- Meal/food allowance. \- Medical assistance. \- Opportunities for professional growth and development. \- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
