Continuous training and support for professional development Job Offer: Messenger Bourbon Belo\-Horizonte, a renowned and industry-leading hotel in the hospitality sector, is currently seeking a Messenger to join our customer service team. If you are friendly, passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience, and possess exceptional communication skills, we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: * Perform guest reception and welcoming during their journey to the unit (UH), always remaining available to assist and guide them. * Manage luggage stored in the bellhop area, labeling and recording guest information in designated logs and tickets, following internal unit procedures to ensure secure storage. * Handle delivery personnel at the messenger desk/cargo loading and unloading area, registering them in the system for access authorization to the property, based on information and prior approval from management. Essential Requirements: * Customer service skills; * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is considered a plus. * Availability to work a 6x1 schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM\.
