




**Description** We are seeking a professional to take charge of the strategic management of our portfolio of ERP TOTVS Projects and Services within the Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing segments in Belo Horizonte. This is a key position, reporting directly to the Unit Head, with the mission of ensuring market strategy, excellence in delivering TOTVS solutions, and the financial health of a large portfolio of clients. You will lead a team of Project Coordinators, act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams, and serve as the guardian of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships. **Responsibilities and duties** WHAT YOU WILL DO: Act as the owner of service/project, being responsible for maintaining communication among all involved areas (clients and other TOTVS departments) to resolve project/service issues and drive continuous improvements in service processes; Ensure stakeholder engagement (within the defined service scope) through effective communication among parties; Foster strong customer relationships by addressing service issues and aiming for high customer satisfaction; Identify and pursue new business needs and opportunities within your client accounts; Efficiently manage services (high/very high complexity), ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines, costs, and scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), as well as proactively identifying and managing risks, with possible support from technical teams; Lead resources assigned to the project(s)/service(s) under your responsibility, providing constant feedback, guidance on task execution, and fostering continuous career development for the team; Ensure compliance with MIT (TOTVS Implementation Methodology) by all project stakeholders, as well as proper use of supporting tools and internal processes according to TOTVS policies and procedures; Lead coordinators and other leaders in more complex projects/services; Train and mentor coordinators, serving as a reference in management tools and concepts; Maintain regular contact with external clients, collecting formal and informal feedback to understand satisfaction levels and improvement points, working towards continuous improvement and higher client satisfaction; Promote and lead improvements in internal processes and procedures (within the unit and across TOTVS) to enhance service team quality, efficiency, and development; Monitor performance indicators of your unit and ensure achievement of established targets for your portfolio, executing, monitoring, and promoting preventive actions to guarantee goal attainment; Participate in negotiations and conflict resolution between the service team, clients, suppliers, and internal TOTVS departments; Ensure structured operation of the portfolio, working in alignment with the sales department. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Bachelor's degree completed; Experience in Project Management; Experience as Manager or Coordinator of ERP solution projects; Experience in the Supply/Manufacturing sector; Advanced MS Project skills; Knowledge of financial indicators (ROL monitoring, margin, pricing); Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; Advanced Google Workplace suite skills; Availability for hybrid work, including on-site presence at client locations in the Belo Horizonte region.
