Job Summary: Responsible for managing receiving and shipping operations, supervising the team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and safeguarding product integrity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of receiving and shipping operations 2. Team leadership and process supervision 3. Inventory control and quality analysis \- Manage the Receiving and Shipping Team Leader; \- Support team leaders in distributing tasks/demands; \- Ensure that procedures are followed by team leaders and other employees; \- Supervise vehicle entry and exit in loading/unloading yards; \- Supervise unloading and loading of raw materials, finished products, and waste materials, defining the appropriate transport type for each cargo to ensure proper handling, product safety, preservation of integrity and quality, and accuracy of shipped quantities; \- Supervise and guide product dispatch to ensure adherence to established delivery deadlines and conditions; \- Plan and supervise storage operations for finished products to ensure suitable conditions for maintaining their integrity until dispatch and customer delivery; \- Supervise product movement from the factory to storage to ensure integrity and specifications; \- Maintain inventory controls and reports for finished products and pending orders to facilitate production planning; \- Conduct inventory counts. \- Perform quality analysis of materials, raw materials, and finished products. Requirements and Qualifications * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in receiving and shipping operations. * Proficiency in **inventory management** and inventory control. * Ability to **analyze and improve logistics processes**. * Strong communication skills and team leadership capability. Desirable * Desirable **forklift operator license**. * Driver's License Category B (CNH B) * Knowledge of **safety regulations** (NR\-12, NR\-18\). * Experience in **international shipping** and customs control.
