Job Summary: Supervises teams, prepares technical documentation, controls production resources, quality standards, and construction schedules, while ensuring equipment and workplace safety. Ensure custody, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment and the workplace Supervise the work team; prepare technical documentation; control production resources on site (layout arrangements, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams); control production standards on site, such as: inspection of material and supply quality, guidance on specifications, material flow and handling, and safety measures for construction sites and equipment; monitor the construction schedule. Possess knowledge of masonry, concrete, and other civil construction materials; lead the team using drawings, schematics, and specifications, applying relevant trade processes and instruments to construct, renovate, or repair buildings and similar structures. Together with the team, ensure custody, maintenance, cleaning, and proper handling of equipment, tools, and materials used, as well as the workplace. Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of engineering. Availability to work in the Belo Horizonte, Nova Lima, and Sabará regions. Minimum 6 months of experience.
