Interface among field operations, engineering, and management **Job Description:** We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to monitor, coordinate, and supervise field activities, with a focus on traffic signage construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, safety, technical regulations, and contract management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of traffic signage construction projects according to designs, contracts, and schedules; * Coordinate in-house and outsourced teams at construction sections; * Monitor physical progress of construction works and report results; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and road signage regulations; * Control the quality of executed services; * Support activity planning and organization of construction sections; * Serve as interface among field operations, engineering, and management; * Prepare and monitor construction reports. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering** or **proven work experience in this role**; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills; * Flexible working hours; * Willingness to travel and work on section-based construction sites. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in highway construction projects or public contracts; * Knowledge of road signage and traffic safety regulations; * Experience managing external teams and mobile construction sites. **Working Hours:** To be determined based on project requirements. **Salary:** To be negotiated Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2\.277,18 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
