Job Summary: A professional responsible for leading and coordinating construction site crews, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards, as well as resolving issues and maintaining communication. Quality assurance, safety, and technical compliance Responsible for leading and coordinating the construction site crew to ensure smooth progress of activities; Responsible for developing and implementing the construction execution schedule; Responsible for managing the construction budget and controlling costs; Responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and services used; Responsible for implementing and monitoring safety measures at the construction site; Responsible for managing and resolving conflicts among team members; Responsible for maintaining continuous communication with the client and other stakeholders. Responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documents; Responsible for defining appropriate construction methods and techniques; Responsible for supervising the execution of construction activities; Responsible for ensuring compliance of the construction work with technical and safety standards; Responsible for conducting quality tests and quality control; Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during construction. Responsible for delegating tasks effectively and monitoring individual performance. Perform other related duties as required by immediate leadership.
