Department organization and cleaning. ***CLT employment contract; applicants must be 18 years or older*** ***Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off*** ***Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM*** **Job Responsibilities:** · Organize food packaging from industry suppliers into designated boxes within the frozen and refrigerated chambers; · Perform in-store food preparations: · Cook rice, conduct frying operations, cook pasta, heat prepared dishes on stovetops as needed, separate food packaging for oven placement, follow standardized regeneration, heating, and cooking procedures in the Rational oven according to technical specifications and guidance provided during training with consultants. · Portion and assemble meal combos according to established standards. · Seal, weigh, and label meal combos. · Place meal combos in the sales area as instructed during training. · Monitor and track food output at the hot food station to ensure timely restocking throughout the designated period. · Transfer all necessary packaging from the frozen chamber to the refrigerated chamber for the following day’s operations. · Conduct inventory control to jointly place orders with the department supervisor. · Assist in stocking the hot and cold food stations with bakery and confectionery products. · Complete required POP-related spreadsheets. · Clean the workplace (countertops, tables, utensils), clean the oven per instructions, and mop the floor.
