Have you ever imagined working at Latin America’s most complete and innovative end\-to\-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform? **Location:** Betim/MG (Near Partage Shopping) **Schedule:** 7:45 AM to 5:33 PM \- On-site \- Monday to Friday **Job Responsibilities** * Receive and verify products and accessories—new or returned from the field—ensuring physical items match documentation. * Analyze discrepancies identified during the process, perform necessary registrations, and track resolution actions. * Request and verify invoices related to repairs and returns, ensuring correct process flow. * Conduct inspections per Quality-defined criteria, identifying potential damage caused by improper handling or use. * Participate in periodic meetings with involved departments to monitor pending items and propose process improvements. * Develop and maintain controls providing relevant information for customer service and technical support processes. * Ensure inventory data accuracy, including both proprietary and third-party materials. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel * Basic knowledge of fiscal processes * Fundamental understanding of quality and material inspection **What We Offer?** * Medical and dental assistance (Unimed \- co-payment); * Meal/food allowance via Caju card – BRL 22.50/day (20% payroll deduction waived); * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance (6% payroll deduction waived); * Mental health support through our partnership with Zenklub – online therapy sessions for only BRL 20.00 each; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – access to numerous gyms and physical activities to promote employee health and well-being; * Profit-sharing and results-based bonus (PLR); * Study grant incentive; * Life insurance.
