Opportunity to apply proactivity and communication Job Mission: Ensure fleet availability, safety, and proper operation by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and guaranteeing compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and cost targets set by the company. Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; Control periodic inspections, checks, and maintenance schedules; Supervise the maintenance team (mechanics, assistants, third-party personnel where applicable); Monitor fleet performance indicators (availability, maintenance cost, downtime); Manage inventory of parts, supplies, and tools; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; Support traffic operations in vehicle release; Record and track service orders. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanics, Automotive Maintenance, or related fields is preferred); Prior experience in heavy fleet or commercial vehicle maintenance; Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; Team management fundamentals; Basic computer skills (system data entry).
