Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures Job Mission: Ensure fleet availability, safety, and proper operation by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, thereby guaranteeing adherence to technical standards, deadlines, and company-established costs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; Control periodic inspections, checks, and maintenance schedules; Supervise the maintenance team (mechanics, assistants, and third parties where applicable); Monitor fleet performance indicators (availability, maintenance cost, downtime); Manage inventory of spare parts, supplies, and tools; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; Support traffic operations in vehicle release; Record and track service orders. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanics, Automotive Maintenance, or related fields is preferred); Prior experience in heavy-duty fleet or commercial vehicle maintenance; Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; Basic team management skills; Fundamental computer skills (data entry into systems).
