Preferred qualification: experience with diesel engines and/or components **Job Responsibilities:** * In-person consultative customer service; * Mapping of large fleets and opening of new accounts; * Customer recovery and retention; * Assertive and disciplined follow-up; * Presentation of service solutions; * After-sales support; * Coordination with budgeting and production teams; * Competitor monitoring. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of proven experience; Experience explaining product technical specifications; Knowledge of customer approach, service, and presentation techniques; Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; **Preferred qualification: experience with diesel engines and/or components** High school diploma completed **Frequent travel required; valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) mandatory!** Compensation: R$3.400,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
