Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for customer service and relationship management, scheduling, marketing campaigns, and social media management. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of KPIs and sales funnel Conduct initial customer contact via phone or WhatsApp; call customers; schedule appointments; run referral campaigns; perform post-sales follow-up; conduct customer satisfaction surveys; generate reports and charts on departmental KPIs; identify reasons for customer no-shows; manage the sales funnel; respond to Google reviews; send birthday greetings to customers; create discount campaigns, promotional gifts, and seasonal promotions; coordinate paid traffic campaigns with the traffic manager; manage the store's Instagram account.
