Engeteam takes care of new professionals entering the job market—come be part of our story. **What will you learn?** Payroll department routines, Tax routines, Financial routines, Executing operations related to routine tasks, for control, reduction of waste, and compliance with automated processes in the systems used; Operate, configure, and maintain the management system with updated information for job-related activities, team tasks, and related functions, ensuring proper configuration of all ERP registration variables; Monthly technical reports of planned and completed activities, including reconciliations for the entire company; Calendar of accounting obligations and coordinated departments; Manage fixed assets; Reconcile all company accounts; Prepare ancillary filings, such as supplementary declarations to tax authorities, relevant agencies, and taxpayers, and manage the registration of books with the appropriate agencies; You will have an experienced professional guiding your development.
