This is how we connect Localiza\&Co with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and enhance strategic area metrics (KPIs). * Conduct in-depth analyses of transfer process data. * Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. * Build and evolve dashboards and management reports. * Act consultatively with leadership to support decision-making. * Lead process automation initiatives and productivity gains. * Contribute to standardization and governance of area processes. * Support implementation of technological solutions and AI adoption. * Serve as the technical reference for data analysis within the team. * Map end-to-end processes, identifying key improvement areas. * Perform problem analyses and diagnostics to develop new solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in data analysis, metrics, and process optimization. * Experience building dashboards and supporting decision-making. * Experience in process automation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR YOU** Dress code: Be yourself!
