Job Summary: Technical and commercial analyst responsible for project analysis, cost estimation, pricing, proposal preparation, and budget and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Quantity takeoff and estimation of direct and indirect costs. Pricing formation and composition, considering margin, risk, and competitiveness. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Direct interface with commercial, contracts, and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making. Support to the commercial team in proposal adjustments, negotiations, and technical clarifications. Planning, control, and management of the budget and proposal pipeline. Supplier management and negotiation, where applicable. Organization, prioritization of requests, and assurance of deadlines, workflow, and productivity. Experience with small- and medium-scale budgets for industrial installations. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with budgeting software (Compor90\ preferred). Knowledge of Law No. 14\.133\. Technical reading ability combined with commercial and financial vision. Courses, specializations, or postgraduate studies in Budgeting, Cost Engineering, or Engineering. MS Project knowledge. Experience supporting commercial negotiations or contracts. Budgeting experience required.
