Job Summary: PPL Fire Protection Systems is hiring an Estimator in Belo Horizonte (BH)/MG to assess client requirements, prepare budgets for parts and services, conduct commercial negotiations, and develop tailored solutions. For employment at PPL Fire Protection Systems, a company specializing in engineering and solutions for fire prevention, suppression, and extinguishment. ***Scope of the Estimator Role:*** · Assess client requirements, technical documentation, and execution projects * Prepare budgets for parts and services (individual maintenance tasks and small-scale construction projects) * Develop commercial compositions for budgets * Request quotations from suppliers * Update CRM/sales pipeline * Basic knowledge of standards (detection/extinguishment) * Basic understanding of import costs and taxes * General budget preparation (including fixed-maintenance contracts and large-scale construction projects) * Intermediate knowledge of standards (detection/extinguishment) * On-site assessments at client locations * Conduct commercial negotiations * Develop solutions for budget-related requirements * Guide, correct, and validate budgets and commercial compositions prepared by junior estimators * Intermediate understanding of import costs and taxes ***Employment Terms*** * · *CLT employment regime, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with salary to be negotiated.* * · *Health insurance with co-payment.* * · *Transportation allowance.* * · *Food basket.* ***Desired Professional Qualifications*** * · *Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PDF editors, Internet, email, online chat/meeting platforms, Windows features, antivirus software, and computer file handling.* * · *Experience using AutoCAD for reading drawings and measuring height, length, and width required for material takeoffs.* Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
