




Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support for SUS billing processes, ensuring accurate registration and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and operational support for SUS billing 2. Verification and pre-billing of medical invoices 3. Reduction of claim rejections and data integrity Provide technical and operational support for billing processes related to services delivered by the Unified Health System (SUS), ensuring correct registration, verification, organization, and submission of information to official systems (SIA/SUS and SIH/SUS). Contribute to reducing claim rejections, increasing billing process efficiency, and ensuring appropriate control over outpatient and inpatient production, preserving data integrity and enabling proper resource reimbursement to the institution. Perform daily and specialty-based invoice verification. Verify documentation required for invoice pre-billing. Add or remove codes according to the Health Secretary's contracts, whenever necessary. Execute pre-billing for consultations, exams, and surgeries. Review monthly reports of pending invoices. Submit invoices to the Municipal Health Secretariat for procedure authorization. Verify authorizations forwarded by the Municipal Health Secretariat. Contact the Municipal Health Secretariat by telephone to update and authorize patients. Forward invoices to the Billing Department. Request administrative materials when necessary. Support other departments whenever requested. Attend training sessions and meetings as needed. Provide medical records for audit by the Municipal Health Secretariat. Update the GL (Glaucoma) spreadsheet monthly. Forward finalized documentation to SAME. Enter data into the system. Digitize and archive transfer letters. Comply with internal company policies, processes, and guidelines, including the Code of Conduct and established Quality standards. Maintain confidentiality of internal information whenever required, as well as information specific to each role, ensuring confidentiality of data, documents, and organizational procedures. Support other departmental and institutional activities whenever necessary, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
