Monitor negotiated invoices and pending payments. Issue duplicate payment slips and extend due dates according to internal policies. Apply late fees and interest, and guide customers on updated amounts. Support debt renegotiation and debt acknowledgment processes. Analyze and review credit limits for order approval. Consult information and reports on platforms such as Serasa, CISP, and Boa Vista. Track merchandise returns, customer credits, and refund requests. Perform write-offs and reconciliations related to accounts receivable. Register and update customers, suppliers, sales representatives, and commission-related information in the system. Respond to commercial reference requests. Organize documents and controls forwarded to the Finance and Legal departments. Keep spreadsheets, systems, and area records up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Basic Excel knowledge.
