Job Summary: The Financial Accounting Assistant will support financial and managerial control routines for a franchise holding company, ensuring organization, reliability, and decision-making support. Brasil, Savassi Work Mode: On-site Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 Benefits: Meal allowance: R$ 20.00 per day Transportation allowance TODOS card The holding company responsible for franchise administration is seeking a **Financial Assistant – Accounting** to support financial and managerial control routines across franchised units, ensuring organizational efficiency, information reliability, and decision-making support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support **accounting and finance routines** of the holding company and its franchises; * Perform **verification, posting, and control** of financial documents (invoices, contracts, reports, and spreadsheets); * Assist in **managing accounts payable and accounts receivable**; * Support the preparation and updating of **financial and managerial reports**; * Monitor **financial indicators**, budgets, and cost centers; * Provide support during **monthly closings**, and organize information for accounting and management purposes; * Maintain organization and standardization of financial processes across franchised units. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is preferred); * Basic knowledge of **financial and accounting routines**; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking; * Proficiency in **Excel/spreadsheets**; * Aptitude for working with numbers and reports. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **holding companies, franchises, or multi-unit businesses**; * Familiarity with financial systems/ERP software; * Basic understanding of budgeting and cost analysis. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organization and responsibility; * Proactivity and commitment; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; * Discretion and professional ethics.
