**JOB PROFILE**
Administrative Assistant
Work Location: Belo Horizonte (BH), on-site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – CLT employment contract
Requirements:
Incomplete undergraduate degree. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Solid knowledge of Portuguese and mathematics. Up to 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
Execute Human Resources Department processes, including hiring, termination, vacation control, benefits administration, and payroll data verification.
Provide employee support, offering assistance and clarifications regarding HR routines.
Manage physical and digital organization and archiving of labor and administrative documents.
Perform Accounts Receivable routines, including customer registration, issuance of invoices, bank slips, and debit notes.
Conduct collections management and bank reconciliation, ensuring accurate updates of financial information.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, databases, and internal systems to support administrative and financial management.
Provide support for the office’s administrative demands, including document organization, external services coordination, and other operational activities.
