Our purpose is to promote quality of life through humane and ethical care, focused on the customer experience. **Join us in building this mission and become part of a team that cares for people.** **Responsibilities and duties** ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support accounting routines, ensuring quality, integrity, and reliability of financial and managerial information. * Perform accounting and financial reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Assist with monthly closing by reviewing and validating data and reports. * Develop, update, and analyze spreadsheets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and managerial reports to support decision-making. * Support budgeting (budget) and financial forecasting (forecast) preparation, monitoring, and control. * Analyze revenues, costs, expenses, and variances between actual and budgeted figures, identifying improvement opportunities. * Monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. * Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental documentation, ensuring traceability of information and supporting internal and external audits. * Support continuous improvement, automation, and standardization projects for accounting processes. * Provide support to other company departments by delivering financial information and analyses whenever required. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Experience in administrative, financial, or accounting routines. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. * Proficiency in using SAP and other management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with accounting and financial reconciliations. * Experience in financial closing and preparing managerial reports. * Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, financial KPIs, and internal controls. * Experience in high-volume information environments with strict deadlines. * Ability to identify inconsistencies, analyze data, and propose process improvements. * Proactive, organized profile, focused on results, continuous learning, and professional development. **Additional information** **Why join our team?** We are a company committed to putting our culture and values into practice.
