Responsibilities: * Manage incoming payment and treasury activities to ensure fulfillment of all the company's financial obligations * Support accounts receivable activities to ensure all company receivables are collected promptly * Ensure accuracy of all payment-related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures * Perform cash flow forecasting for bill payments, evaluating the need for funding or investment * Manage foreign exchange, import/export, and customs clearance processes * Research financing or investment rates with banking institutions * Stay informed about the financial market by evaluating and comparing bank rates, interest rates, investment options, service fees, and miscellaneous expenses to achieve lowest costs and highest service quality * Prepare financial statements, KPIs, and management reports for the department * Ensure continuous improvement of the department through problem resolution as well as development and implementation of new ideas.
