WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Lead the full lifecycle of allu’s entry programs (Internship, Trainee, Tech, and University Partnerships), from planning through post-joining follow-up; * Design, develop, and update development paths aligned with business needs and each program’s journey; * Manage relationships with universities, educational partners, and internal departments, ensuring alignment and process efficiency; * Closely monitor participant progress, supporting leaders throughout evaluation cycles, feedback delivery, and development decisions; * Produce, track, and analyze performance metrics and reports for all programs; * Ensure a consistent, positive experience for participants and stakeholders across the entire program lifecycle; * Propose continuous improvements to processes, journeys, development paths, and monitoring models; * Serve as the central point of contact between People teams, leaders, and participants—ensuring execution with excellence. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? We’re looking for someone with systemic vision, an analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills—capable of end-to-end program management and generating tangible impact in people development. * Experience managing entry, development, or talent programs; * Ability to structure processes, manage multiple parallel initiatives, and ensure high-quality execution; * Use of data and metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements; * Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse departments, leaders, and external partners; * A collaborative, hands-on approach—supporting leadership in participant development; * Ability to balance strategy and operations in daily work; * Ownership mindset and accountability for all programs under your responsibility. THEREFORE, YOU MUST HAVE: * Prior experience in Internship, Trainee, Tech, or talent development initiatives; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Education, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience working with metrics, reporting, and performance tracking; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills.
