Carlos Schneider Group, which also includes FCF (fasteners and special projects), Hacasa (real estate development), RBE (energy management and commercialization), Intercargo (logistics solutions), and Agropecuária Parati. **Responsibilities and Duties** The incumbent is responsible for controlling quality system documents—both electronic and physical—replacing revisions. They monitor the implementation of quality projects, methodologies, and tools. They develop various audit plans for the Quality System, Processes, Products, and Customer-Specific Requirements. They conduct and/or monitor audits of internal procedures and controls, statistical analyses, and compliance with parameters established in quality, productivity, and ISO programs. They perform supplier audits and support various departments in the supplier development process. They deliver training on quality tools to company employees. They perform critical analysis and control of external documents (standards, specific requirements). They represent the company in external audits—whether by customers or certification bodies—and support the continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System.
