Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to finish parts, operate machinery, and ensure sector safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Finish oxy-cut parts using specialized equipment 2. Follow safety regulations and identify workplace hazards We are looking for a **Production Operator** to work at our Distribution Center located in the **Califórnia neighborhood of Belo Horizonte.** **About Us:** Takono is a traditional steel market company in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte. Founded in 1969, it offers the most comprehensive range of steel products for civil construction, industry, and agribusiness. It also provides various steel-related services, including rebar cutting and bending for civil construction, sheet metal oxy-cutting, sheet metal rolling, and sheet metal cutting and bending. **Job Mission:** * Finish oxy-cut parts of all types and sizes using specialized equipment such as sanders and grinders; * Retrieve oxy-cut parts from workbenches to finish them and place them in designated areas for inspection and shipment when required; if certified, operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts; * Machine Operation: Start up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation and part quality; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area when required and requested; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level when requested; * Safety: Strictly comply with safety regulations (PPEs, signage) and identify hazards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the industrial field (preferred). * Attention to detail and concentration, agility and good motor coordination, responsibility and commitment to safety, ability to work in a team and follow instructions. **Selection Process Steps:** * Resume screening * Interview with Human Resources * Interview with the department manager **Our Values:** * Valuing and Developing People * Commitment to Truth and Ethics * Safety * Social Responsibility We are pleased by your interest in joining our team and look forward to receiving your application.
