Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support monitoring of production routines and industrial processes; * Assist in collecting and analyzing manufacturing data (KPIs, cycle times, losses, efficiency); * Support preparation and updating of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; * Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.); * Assist in standardizing processes, work instructions, and operational workflows; * Support the department in organizing documents and internal controls; * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams as required. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Engineering** (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields) or a **Technical Program** related to Manufacturing; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; * Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills; * Interest in learning about industrial processes and continuous improvement. ### **Preferred / Additional Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing**, **5S**, **Kaizen**, or **TPM**; * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs); * Basic knowledge of Power BI or industrial systems; ### **What We Offer** * Market-competitive internship stipend; * Benefits according to company policy; * Learning and professional development environment. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
