Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors and equipment. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Machine Operator – Tractor to join our team. The professional will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy equipment for wood handling, transportation, and material preparation for chip production. **Responsibilities:** Operate tractors and heavy equipment for wood handling and chip preparation. Transport wood and chips between different plant areas. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on tractors and other equipment. Adjust and monitor equipment to ensure operational efficiency and work quality. Collaborate with the team to achieve production and maintenance targets. Maintain detailed records of activities performed, including equipment operating time and maintenance logs. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a tractor and heavy equipment operator. Knowledge of basic maintenance for tractors and heavy equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions. Availability to work rotating shifts and variable hours, and to work overtime. Prior experience in wood or chip industry companies is a plus. **Desired Qualifications:** Completed high school education. Specialized courses or training in agricultural and heavy machinery operation. Experience in industrial environments or chip production facilities will be considered a plus..
