We are looking for a person to serve as an **Attendant**, conducting external outreach and guidance regarding our services. The main objective of this role is to deliver information in an **inclusive, clear, and respectful** manner to diverse audiences, thereby strengthening the bond between the community and the services we provide. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **External Public Service Delivery:** Conduct visits to pre-defined locations (communities, institutions, events, mobile service points, etc.) to guide citizens about our services, providing clear, direct, and courteous information. * **Request Facilitation:** Assist in issuing queue tickets for referrals to units for document issuance (RG, CNH) and other services. * **Institutional Representation and Service Quality:** Represent the organization during external activities, upholding institutional image, adhering to conduct protocols, service standards, and established quality benchmarks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and empathy; * Adaptable and receptive personality, capable of adjusting easily to diverse contexts; * Strong interpersonal skills to approach the public and present our services clearly and enthusiastically; * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally; * Genuine interest in serving the population and contributing to the organization’s social impact. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in customer service, reception, service promotion, or community initiatives; * Ability to work effectively in teams and willingness to perform external duties. **Additional Information** **Monthly Salary:** R$ 1\.549,27\. **We offer a benefits package including:** **Transportation Allowance** (6% deduction) **Birthday Day Off** – a full day just for you to celebrate however you wish! **Health Insurance Plan** – Co-payment based; monthly premium for the primary insured covered by the company. **Dental Insurance Plan** – Co-payment based; monthly premium for the primary insured covered by the company. **Meal/ Food Allowance** – R$ 25,73 per day for meals. **Wellhub** – Take care of your body and mind through gyms and physical activities. **ZenKlub** – Emotional health support. **Life Insurance** – Because we value your safety and peace of mind. **Pharmacy Discounts** – Savings on medications and wellness products. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:12 to 19:08 (1-hour break). **Work Location:** UAI Praça Sete – Av.
