Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Strategic Planning: Develop, monitor, and structure campaigns, content, and events (digital and in-person), aligned with business objectives. * Timeline Management: Create and monitor detailed timelines, ensuring predictability, on-time delivery, and necessary adjustments. * Briefing Execution: Draft clear briefings and ensure all involved teams understand objectives and deliverables. * Resource Management: Identify and optimize resource allocation to ensure productivity and quality. * Performance Monitoring: Track metrics and KPIs, conduct A/B tests, generate strategic reports, and propose continuous improvements. * Content Management: Plan editorial calendars for social media, blog, newsletter, etc.; manage publications on the corporate blog; support text production for campaigns and institutional materials. * Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate integration among creative, media, sales, product, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment. * Process Management: Document workflows, identify risks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
