All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strategically plan, coordinate, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for the fleet and equipment; * Ensure asset availability, reliability, and performance, guaranteeing continuous operational support; * Coordinate, develop, and evaluate the maintenance team, promoting technical guidance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement; * Develop and monitor the annual maintenance plan, controlling deadlines, costs, and resources; * Manage the department’s budget, monitoring expenses related to parts, consumables, and outsourced services; * Analyze and monitor maintenance performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs, recurring failures), proposing strategic improvement actions; * Proactively identify operational risks and critical failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and applicable contractual obligations; * Ensure third-party services meet established technical and quality standards; * Promote integration between Maintenance and Operations, aligning priorities and minimizing production impacts; * Standardize operational processes and controls within the department; * Ensure proper management of materials, tools, and critical spare parts inventory; * Make technical decisions related to maintenance, aiming for safety, efficiency, and cost reduction; * Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System guidelines (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality); * Identify non-conformities and implement action plans for continuous improvement; * Contribute strategically to the company’s socio-environmental performance, strengthening safety culture and environmental responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Computer skills (Advanced Excel); * Preventive and corrective maintenance management; * Reading and interpreting technical manuals; * Maintenance performance indicators; * Occupational safety regulations (NRs); * Integrated Management System (IMS). **Skills:** * Leadership * Planning and organization * Decision-making * Assertive communication * Results orientation * Sense of urgency **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, and legal assistance—available 24/7 with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We recognize how important children’s and teenagers’ education is.
