




Support administrative activities within the DHO area and in delivering company-offered benefits, ensuring information quality, process compliance, and excellent service to employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY** * Submit information and documents to the corporate office regarding employee and dependent enrollment, removal, and registration updates for company-offered benefits, following established procedures; * Assist employees and the corporate office, as needed, with document organization and basic guidance on life insurance; * Process reimbursement requests for childcare and special education allowances, per internal policies, and guide employees on related procedures; * Maintain system data required for monthly issuance of transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food vouchers, and pharmacy cards, performing necessary verifications and updates; * Support invoice and purchase requisition verification, closing, and posting related to benefits; * Initiate Purchase Requisitions to generate purchase orders, considering material and service requirements linked to DHO; * Monitor purchase order dispatch to suppliers, ensuring expense postings occur within the scheduled timeframe; * Validate expense postings and request expense provisioning or reclassification from the responsible area; * Support payroll processing of benefit-related events and reconciliation of related information; * Provide employee support, clarifying questions about company-offered benefits; * Conduct market research and quotations with new suppliers, assisting coordination in negotiations when required; * Assist in updating controls, simple reports, and benefit-area KPIs; * Organize and monitor events related to the DHO area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **THE SPARK WE SEEK** Required: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. * Benefits administration experience. * Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. **TO HIGHLIGHT THIS SPARK** Preferred: * Customer service experience. * Integrated systems knowledge relevant to the area. * Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) proficiency.
