Strategic involvement in contract and supplier management **Key Responsibilities and Duties for this Opportunity:** * Analyze internal requirements, Terms of Reference, and technical specifications for procurement. * Lead RFI and RFP processes with the market, ensuring alignment on technical and commercial aspects. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding cost, schedule, and quality. * Evaluate global and unit cost compositions, ensuring compliance with technical and budgetary parameters. * Prepare, review, and analyze contractual documents in collaboration with internal departments. * Define procurement strategies and obtain approval from requesting departments and internal stakeholders. * Serve as the interface between Project Directorate, Legal, Tax, Finance, Engineering, and other corporate departments, ensuring smooth and accurate procurement processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in civil works and infrastructure procurement. * Experience procuring projects, consulting services, and technical engineering studies (e.g., surveying, soil investigation, environmental impact assessments, land-related studies). * Knowledge of construction budgeting is desirable. * Advanced knowledge of construction, cost composition analysis, and infrastructure project budgeting. * Familiarity with the construction industry and technical understanding of construction works (a plus). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Strategic Sourcing methodologies and practices. * Prior experience in project management environments, including contract analysis and preparation. * Knowledge of tax legislation. **Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (Applications accepted from MG, RJ, and SP)** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Meal Allowance * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing * Others
